There are two sliding vents in the lower part of the windshield. You can open the vents to defog and prevent stuffiness, or you can close them to protect against the cold wind, flying snow, rain, and dust.

I ordered this for a brand new 2025 Can Am defender HD9. It came quickly and my wife and I installed the well made rubber seal around it and put it in place in about 20 minutes. The velcro and plastic clips fit where they're supposed to fit and lock it tight to the frame. The bulb on the rubber seal fits perfectly and the windshield is locked in place. for 160 bucks you can't beat it. Don't spend 500-600 on a factory windshield. This one gets it done for way less money.

My straps are way to small

My windshield straps are very small and dont even reach idk if it was last production but can I get 2 more mine are 4 inches total lentgh.

2017 Defender HD5 windshield

I bought a cheaper windshield that clamped down thinking it would be better than the velcro, but it was not a good fit. This product is far superior and the straps along with everything else seem like its very good quality. Would definitely recommend.
