The bottom and top of the nylon fiber drive belt are made of a composite material of nylon. This increases friction, improves transmission efficiency, and offers good oil resistance, corrosion resistance, heat resistance, and aging resistance. As a result, it brings a longer lifespan and provides a better driving experience.
Four-Layer Design
The 25300-F39-0000 drive belt has high wear-resistant nylon fabric wrapped on both tooth surfaces. This makes less noise and improves transmission efficiency. The middle layer is high-strength chloroprene rubber. The aramid string cord combined with another layer of rubber will prevent the Hisun 500 belt from rapid breakage.
Significant Stability
This Hisun CVT belt is manufactured by employing mature and stable processes in combination with the characteristics of composite materials. This gives the drive belt a more precise gear ratio, excellent bending resistance, and low elongation, making it less likely to break or fragment.
No Specified Direction
If you take off the belt, you can put it back on in the same direction as indicated by the OEM numbers printed on it. The direction arrow, OEM number, or other items printed on the belt are only used to locate the same direction as during the first time (break-in period). TIPS: To maintain the excellent performance of your vehicle, it is recommended that the Hisun drive belt be replaced every 50 hours within six months or after 1000 miles of use.
